Get the very basic world building together (Things like how different Minecraft mechanics would work in the actual world + basic fantasy land building)

Get a feel for how different mob and mob player hybrids work (what exactly are players? Why are mobs and players different? Etc)

More world building ( specific cultures and things like that. Work a little more on kingdoms probably)

backgrounds for characters

Outfit ideas

Draw out character designs

story line basics

Draw out the current arcs more + fill in any possible plot holes
